Gender Equality

The gender distribution varies across faculties at ATMU, but overall, women tend to outnumber men. Scholarships at ATMU are granted based solely on admission and academic performance. The State Examination Centre systematically tracks and monitors women's application rates, admission ratios, and entry statistics over time. Additionally, the degree of educational attainment is systematically measured and monitored by the Department of Education at ATMU. The university has initiated efforts to address women's application rates, acceptance into programs, and overall participation through specific policies and actions.
