No Poverty

The student admission process at ATMU is overseen by the State Commission of Student Admission and is primarily organized through a centralized order and a test-based method. Under this system, there are designated seats allocated under the state order. Students compete for these seats to secure free education based on their performance in the competition. In addition to the competitive route, the government has instituted a policy to support socially unprotected groups of students. This policy ensures that students from these groups have the opportunity to study for free, even if they do not qualify for the free seats through the regular competition. Such students have the option to pursue their education on a paid basis while still benefiting from the opportunity to access education.

Primarily, ATMU extends support to students from low-income backgrounds in the form of tuition-free education. Additionally, in collaboration with the student union, targeted financial assistance is provided after a thorough review of the applications. Legal assistance and support in future job placements, facilitated by the career center, are offered without regard to the students' financial status or social standing. Also, 29 ATMU graduates are engaged in academic or administrative activities at the university.
